I am an enterprise transformation enthusiast at ÖBB, where I have been ramping up and operationalizing agile transformation of the ÖBB group for the last years. I am also the founder of enterprise-therapy, a venture that aims to provide a holistic and humanistic approach to tackle obvious and hidden dysfunctions in enterprise contexts. I have over six years of experience in co-creating and operationalizing group-wide digital business strategy, focusing on inter-disciplinary and group-wide establishment of lean-agile mindset, culture, and methodology.
