multi-dimensional stress

  • issues in relationship (open relationship, difficult communication, ….)

  • job

  • dark outside

  • my disposition for depressive episodes

  • no medication

  • excessive sports (runningy, gym …) for 3 weeks … my body was depleted

continuous energy loss

  • compensation with excessive sports (running, training, biking 4 times a week)

  • i felt that my energy bilanz was negative

  • big mistake was not to react

  • i went to a doctor (but that was too late) - i was too anxious to start taking medication - thought it would be better idea to do this hospitalized

  • end of january went to sickleave - one week alone at home without structure

  • friends visited me and convinced me to go to OWS because i was not reacting anymore
