day18 - cute kitties at campeggio ortus del mare

Buon giorno …. i was sooo glad to sleep well after the exciting day yesterday … I think I slept 12 hours en block …. yaaaaawn 😊😊 and woke up by some mall noises from outside … again something was rummaging through my bin … lol … after the wild pigs on La Maddalena … what was it this time ? And after looking out of the van I was surprised by a visit of a gang of three cute kitties 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈

Apparently the cats were looking for something to eat … so they licked clean my used tuna cans but didn't find much more in my bin … perfect timing that I had some gnoccis left over from yesterday and tried to feed them to the kitties … and at least 2 of them liked it and the third one seemed to be used to better stuff 🐈‍⬛😂 … Nevertheless I got rid of my food leftovers and two kitties were well fed. And those 2 were sitting afterwards and cleaning themselves … CUUUTE !!!

And now it was time for me to fetch the ordered fresh bread from the small bistro (which still had been closed officially) … Lazy as I was I took the bike to ride the 300 meters passing by all the nicely crafted and creative signs accross the whole campsite …

After crossing back the Europabrücke I drove back to my spot and had a delicious breakfeast with fresh bread, butter, honey, cheese, and a hot and fresh bialetti coffee …

Cats were already gone ! So it was I, me and myself to enjoy the good stuff 😊😊 … and as it was a lazy day with no further plans it was also time for a glas of ice cold Martini 🍸🍸 cheerz

The rest of the day was chilling and hanging around drinking more Martini 😸😸😸

Not to forget I met Erik from Munich who was my neighbour with a tent and a motorcycle. We had some nice chats and it turned out that he is actually from Scotland and was really hoping that the bravehearts today win against England (must be a similar duell like Austria against Germany) … Nice greetings to you Erik !
